There is no fixed minimum number. We adapt the service to your company's size. For regular plans, we recommend a minimum of 5 employees per session to optimize costs, but for one-off events any number is possible.
We offer chair massage (ideal for quick 15-20 minute sessions) and table massage (for more complete 30-60 minute sessions). Types include Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports and anti-stress. We can combine various types according to team preferences.
For chair massage, a 2x2 meter space is enough, such as a meeting room or quiet area. For table massage, we recommend a 3x3 meter space. Our therapists bring all necessary equipment — you just need the space.
In the Monthly and Premium plans, each employee receives a personalized scheduling link where they can choose their preferred time. The system sends automatic SMS reminders. In the One-off plan, scheduling is done directly with us via WhatsApp or email.
Yes, our plans are flexible. You can adjust the frequency, number of sessions or cancel with 48h notice at no additional cost. For monthly plans, we ask for 15 days notice for cancellation.
Yes, all prices presented in quotes include VAT, travel and professional equipment. There are no hidden costs. The quote you receive is the final price.
