Avenida da Boavista runs from the Rotunda to the sea, lined with offices, clinics and apartment blocks with garages and concierges. If you spend the day at a screen near Casa da Música, tension builds in the neck, shoulders and lower back. The last thing you want in the evening is to get back in the car, join the VCI and hunt for parking outside a spa. RHEA turns the journey around: the therapist comes to you.

Most Boavista buildings have a lift, a concierge desk and a garage, which makes arrival easy. When you book, share the access code, the name on the intercom or whether the concierge should send the therapist up. They arrive with a professional table, hot towels, linens, hypoallergenic oils and ambient music, and set up in a living room or bedroom while you close the laptop. Afterwards everything is packed away and your home is left as it was.

Bookings follow the rhythm of the area. Some clients book at 7am before the first meeting, some take a midday break while working from home, and some prefer early evening after a walk in the Serralves gardens or before a concert at Casa da Música. We book every day from 7am to 10pm, and with 4 hours' notice you can still get a session today.

For long-standing, localised tension, deep tissue works on the deeper muscle layers. To switch off after a demanding week, Swedish massage, with long strokes and moderate pressure, is the most requested choice. If you train after work or run in Parque da Cidade, sports massage is usually the better fit. For teams in nearby offices, we also bring chair sessions of 15, 30 or 60 minutes, done fully clothed and without oil.
