In Matosinhos, the day is built around the sea. The wide sandy beach with its steady waves fills with surf schools, and the seafront path to Foz is busy with runners and cyclists. Some swim at Siza Vieira's Piscina das Marés, others train in Parque da Cidade next door. Active muscles need recovery, and RHEA brings it to your home with a professional table, hot towels and hypoallergenic oils.

Matosinhos Sul, between Rua Brito Capelo and the beach, is mostly newer apartment buildings with lifts and garages. Leça da Palmeira is quieter and more residential, with family houses and gardens near the Boa Nova lighthouse and Siza's Casa de Chá. Inland, Senhora da Hora, São Mamede de Infesta and Custóias mix new blocks with family homes. Wherever you are, a living room or bedroom with space around the table is all we need.

After a morning of paddling, the shoulders, neck and lower back feel it. Sports massage can help ease that fatigue, and deep tissue works on older, deeper tension. Many clients book for the late afternoon of a surf day or the following morning. If you work from home, a 7am or midday session fits neatly between calls. We book every day from 7am to 10pm.

Around the market and Rua Heróis de França, parking gets tight at lunchtime and at weekends. If you have a garage or a visitor space, mention it when you book, along with the building code. Metro Line A links Matosinhos with central Porto, and if you spend a few days elsewhere in the city, RHEA also covers Foz, Boavista and Gaia.
