The spa comes to you, in Vilamoura

A day in Vilamoura is measured in holes of golf, laps of the Marina and hours on the beach. The courses around the resort, including the Old Course, Pinhal, Laguna and Victoria, are played all year, and 18 holes leave the back, shoulders and hips tired. Vilamoura is a mix of villas with pools, gated developments with a reception, and apartments around the Marina. In Quarteira, the seafront blocks have sea views and lifts, and further inland there are family homes and newer developments. If your development has a gatehouse, give us its name and your house number when you book, so the therapist reaches the right door without delay. A living room or bedroom with clear space around the table is all we need.

Many guests book in the late afternoon, after golf or a day at Praia da Falésia, or early in the morning before the heat builds. In August the roads around the Marina and Avenida Infante de Sagres in Quarteira slow down, so booking ahead helps you secure your preferred time. Outside peak season, same-day booking with 4 hours' notice is usually easy. We book every day from 7am to 10pm.

Holidaying with family or friends? You can book several sessions back to back in the same house, or a couples massage with two therapists at the same time. If you play golf every day, sports or deep tissue massage is the usual choice. If you came mainly to rest, Swedish massage is the most requested.
